Refund policy

At Coachforme, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and digital strategy services. Please read the following carefully:

• Coaching sessions: Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable.

• Programs and packages: Unused sessions in a package may be rescheduled within the program period if requested with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations: Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be considered delivered.

• Digital resources: Templates, checklists, and other digital materials are non-refundable once delivered.

• Exceptional cases: If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at admin@coachforme.online and we will review your case promptly.

This policy ensures that we respect both our clients’ time and the commitment of our coaches.
