Terms of service

By purchasing or using services from Coachforme, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
   Coachforme provides coaching, consulting, and digital marketing guidance. Results depend on your individual effort and implementation.

2. Payments

   • All services must be paid in full before sessions begin, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

   • Sessions are scheduled in advance.

   • Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

   • Missed sessions without notice are considered delivered.

4. Refunds

   • Delivered sessions are non-refundable.

   • Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the active program duration.

5. Confidentiality

   • All coaching sessions are confidential.

   • Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

   • Coachforme is not responsible for business outcomes, financial results, or decisions made based on coaching.

   • Our role is to guide and support, not to guarantee specific results.

7. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence.
